Godzilla x Evangelion

The unexpected relationship between Evangelion and Godzilla continues with Evangelion Unit-02 Beast G Mode. Bandai will release the figure in February at the price of 32,400 yen (around 317 U.S. dollars). The figure releases a month after Unit-01 G Kakusei Keitai (Awakening Form), another entry in the mash-up that poses the question: What if the G (Godzilla) cells are injected into the Eva units? Both figures are available to preorder from Bandai’s and Evangelion’s online stores.

What do you guys think? The collaboration has been interesting ever since Hideaki Anno, the creator of Evangelion, was confirmed to be working on Shin Godzilla. Evangelion Unit-02 Beast G Mode looks more like an iguana than Godzilla, but it still looks rather creepy and awesome.
