XSEED Games has announced via Twitter that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II will launch on PS3 and PS Vita on September 6. The direct sequel of the popular Falcom RPG was technically announced for localization before the original game was even released. The game’s Lionheart special addition even includes an empty box that is meant to make space for the upcoming RPG to fit inside!

Despite the delay of Final Fantasy XV, this September is absolutely packed with JRPG goodness. Trails of Cold Steel II will join the likes of Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of a Forgotten Past and Yo-kai Watch 2 in the jam-packed month.
