Broccoli has opened up pre-orders for a new figure from the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya series. The figure is for one of the series’ protagonists, Miyu Edelfelt, the cool and collected one.
Miyu is depicted in her The Beast outfit, an outfit featured in one of the special shorts included in the Blu-ray release of Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei Herz! Miyu dons this outfit in the hopes of helping Illya feel less lonely, at the behest of Magical Ruby.
In complete contrast from her usual cool look, Miyu is shown to be quite bashful while wearing this outfit and with good reason. It is most definitely not the most conservative outfit, but it does increase her cuteness level tenfold. Her embarrassed look along with her trying to act like a cat would make any person’s heart swoon. This is probably why Illya’s (crazy) switch flips when she sees Miyu in this outfit. The Miyu Edelfelt The Beast Ver. figure is 1/8th scale and stands approximately 21 cm tall. The figure is manufactured by Broccoli and sculpted by Denki Unagi Hatsuden. It is available for pre-order now from online retailers such as J-List and amiami and will cost approximately ¥12,960, about $122.44. The figure is scheduled to release in December 2016.

This figure is really adorable, from her embarrassed facial expression all the way to her attempt at a cat pose. If you’re a fan of Miyu Edelfelt or a fan of the Fate/kaleid liner series in general, you should definitely consider adding this figure to your collection.
