Grandia III
Grandia III was recently spotted being rated by the ESRB for a release on the PSN for the PlayStation 4. Originally released on the PlayStation 2 back in 2005, the game is another addition to the PS2-on-PS4 titles that will launch via the PlayStation Network.

Being that this was the last Grandia title to be released, it joins alongside the first title available on PSN for the West, while Grandia 2 and Extreme still remain Japanese PSN exclusive.

That game had one of the coolest moms in an RPG.

  • Lynn Kitty

I hope this happens, I loved this game but lost it while moving.

  • Luis Kråke

Why nobody cares about Skies of Arcadia?….

    • Panpopo

I am glad this game is being brought over but seriously! Come on Sega at least port it to Steam or something.

    • Lord Ackercocke

      I care.

    • Zeonis

It is not that nobody cares but it was never on PS2.

    • Lord Ackercocke

Yeah, but Sega could port to Steam but they just sit on all those great IP’s……sad.

  • Zeonis

This is good news but I would like Grandia II first.

there was an update on sites like gematsu they state and I qoute: Oddly, Grandia III is now available on the U.S. PlayStation Store, but rather than a PS4 title, it’s a PlayStation 3 “PS2 Classics” title.

    • Lord Ackercocke

      That would suck.

  • Tiredman

This was an ok game, but it is the least of the Grandia games. Grandia 2 was top dog with Extreme a very close second and Grandia 1 just has the whole nostalgia and rather fun adventure going for it. With Grandia 3, I felt they dropped the ball, and made a game that wasn’t up to snuff.
