Bunny Girl Metroidvania Game

From out of Japan today came a new trailer announcing that the bunny girl metroidvania game, Bunny Must Die! Chelsea and the 7 Devils, is coming to PlayStation system. Not only is it coming to the PlayStation 4, but also we are getting it on our beloved PS Vita systems. The game was previously released on Steam for the PC September 26, 2013. You can check out the original release on Steam here.

As you can tell from the trailer, this is a very well constructed game within this genre. But it definitely has a bit of crazy sauce added to the mixture, even beyond being a girl in the bunny suit. There is no announcement yet of it coming west, but given that the PC version eventually did, I would place my bets on this one getting translated over as well. This is something that I’m rooting for, metroidvania games are perfect to play on the PS Vita.

About William Haderlie

Born in the 1970's, I've been an avid participant for much of video game history. A lifetime of being the sort of supergeek entrenched in the sciences and mathematics has not curbed my appreciation for the artistry of video games, cinema, and especially literature.

Actually she’s a genuine bunny girl that got cursed with cat ears or something.
Its a decent game. Only reason I never finished it on PC because I got utterly lost at some point.

Cool, I didn’t play it, so it took a bit of research to figure out which game they were talking about (not fluent in Japanese). But it does look good, so I’ll probably give it a shot on the Vita.

To say that this game is Castlevania inspired would be and understatement – it even has Dracula in it.

Dracula and cat pictures, what a mix. 🙂

      Truly a vision from Hell.

“…metroidvania games are perfect to play on the PS Vita”. You are 100% correct!! I am looking forward to this game (or any other metroidvania).

Yeah, if playing Symphony of the Night wasn’t already awesome enough, Axiom Verge convinced me for good that the Vita is exactly the right platform for these games.
