memento

Award-winning indie studio, Labo Game Studio has a new game now available  both Steam and Playism. The game is called Memento, it is an RPG where you control a young school girl on her school trip a museum on a nearby island. However, things go terribly wrong and she must now escape this island and leave the memories of the horrors she faced behind.

Here are a few of the game’s features from the press release:

  • A fully panned out script with rich characters and multiple endings

  • Detailed pixel art drawn from 3D rending that helps create a well made mix of immersion and presence.

  • Music composed using the next generation virtual sound instrument, Vienna Symphonic Orchestra, enhancing the atmosphere.

The game retails for $5.99 though there is  a very slight discount for launch. If you purchase the game over at Playism you get a Steam key for free.  You can head over to the Steam page for more screenshots and information about this unique looking title.

As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
