Tatsuya-Minami-Leaves-Platinum

Tatsuya Minami, CEO and president of PlatinumGames, has resigned his position according to GamesBuisness.jp. Kenichi Sato was named his successor.

Minami formally worked for Capcom where he worked on titles such as Resident Evil, Mega Man Legends, and Phoenix Wright before leaving the company to form ODDS which would eventually merged with SEEDS to form PlatinumGames.

PlatinumGames is responsible for many critically praised titles such as the Bayonetta games and The Wonderful 101, has recently worked with Nintendo on Star Fox Zero, and are currently developing Nier: Automata for Square Enix.
