Resident Evil turns 20 this year, and Capcom is celebrating by posting a series of developer interview videos to look back on the series’ history since its debut on March 22, 1996. Resident Evil has sold over 66 million games in the series worldwide, and has spawned its own feature film series starring Milla Jovovich, with the latest film, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter releasing in 2017. The first developer interview features producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, and Capcom promises that there is more surprises from them in store to continue celebrating the 20th anniversary of Resident Evil over the course of the next year.
