Sekai Project is publishing Winged Cloud’s monsters -girl-dungeon-crawling RPG Sakura Dungeon. We got to sit down with Sekai Project at GDC to talk about the premise of the upcoming title:
You play as a fox spirit who has awoken after a long rest to find that her dungeon has been taken from her. She also has lost all her powers which means she must regaining her strength and rebuild her army.
The game allows you to capture enemies you encounter in the dungeon. If successfully caught, they will return back to your base but will apparently need further convincing. Additionally, each character will be able to change their costumes and each one will be susceptible to tear damage. The extent of the damage was not shown, but from what I understand Winged Cloud is used to developing 18+ games.
Sakura Dungeon is packed with extensive dialogue and CG content. It might not be for everyone, but if you’re a fan of monster girls, fantasy stories, and dungeon crawling then you might want to keep an eye out for this RPG.
Sakura Dungeon will be heading to PC in Spring 2016.
