Using #MysteriousGame, Bandai Namco launched a series of Tweets on both their US and Europe Twitter accounts with cryptic messages. These Tweets all had a link which led to a teaser site which featured a countdown. Once the countdown reached zero the site changed and we all learned what the “mysterious game” was. Both God Eater 2: Rage Burst and God Eater Resurrection will be released in the West in the Summer 2016. Both games will see a multiplatform release on PS4, PS Vita and the PC via Steam. Along with this announcement came a trailer for the game. You can check it out below.

God Eater 2: Rage Burst was originally released in Japan on February 19, 2015. Rage Burst is an updated port of God Eater 2 for the PS4 and PS Vita. God Eater Resurrection is a remake of the original game for the PS4 and PS Vita. It was originally released in Japan on October 29, 2015. For the first time ever both games will see a release on PC via Steam.
