Madoka Magica: Rebellion

To celebrate Shaft’s 40th anniversary, the studio debuted a Madoka Magica concept movie. Since the showing the video has been released online and posted to YouTube.

The producer has stated that this will be apart of new Madoka project. Whether it’s an anime, movie, or even manga is yet to be announced.

For fans eager to find out, the January 2016 issue of Kadokawa’s NewType magazine will feature an interview with Shaft. This may clear up any questions fans might have regarding what the future of the Madoka franchise holds.
