From 4Gamer, we got a few details over the weekend about Dark Souls III’s Japanese release. From Software will be holding a network test to check the online stability of the game. The test will take place between October 16-18, and will occur in 3 hour blocks. Interested players can sign up for this test today using this link to the official Dark Souls III website, and you have until October 4 to get in. Initial print copies of Dark Souls III will include a map and a soundtrack. Pre-orders for this game will open up beginning on October 7. The specifics on a PC release as well the Western release of the game are still being ironed out.
