Just in time for free candy day, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water (or Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water in Europe) will be releasing on October 30, the day before everyone’s second-favorite holiday.  Nintendo will also release a free demo that allows players to play the prologue,  a whopping two chapters free of charge.

The game will also have a limited edition bundle that includes a double-sided poster, an art book, a steel cover, four spirit photographs, and of course the game itself.

No word on the American release but we can hope Nintendo of America wouldn’t squander the synergy of releasing a new entry in a beloved horror franchise during Halloween season.
