Fire Emblem Fates debuted in Japan to strong sales for both versions of the game. While a trading card game has previously been announced, the series will now be getting its own manga. The manga will be based on the recently released entry in the long running franchise and will be written by the game’s writer, Shin Kibayashi. Art duties will be handled by character designer Kozaki Yusuke, who worked on both Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Awakening. The manga is set to debut this fall in Japan’s Young Magazine. Currently, the manga is only slated for release in Japan.
