This got taken down pretty quickly on YouTube, but I’m pleased to present to you the second trailer for Persona 5! This one gives us a few more details on the Personas as well as the enemies our heroes will have to face. It uses much of the same anime footage that we saw in the last trailer, but there’s a few new scenes too. Here we can see enemies transforming into what looks like Shadows, and then changing once more into Personas the characters are fighting in battle. The main character is once again shackled and imprisoned, as his Persona Arsene actually appears to be possessing him, unlike in the previous games where they were summoned through an Evoker or tarot cards. We get to see a bit more of Igor and the jail cell setting of the Velvet Room, a mysterious blue haired character, and some quick battle clips too showing the heroes’ attacks. Looks pretty hype to me! I can’t wait for Persona 5 to come out later this year.
