AMD and PC Gamer will provide a platform to host the very first ever PC-dedicated E3 conference. This conference will highlight some of the hottest and biggest titles coming out for the PC.  No more do only home consoles get their time to shine on the grand E3 stage. The PC platform will have a chance to do so this summer. The following companies have been confirmed (as of this article) to show up at this conference:

  • Blizzard Entertainment
  • Bohemia Interactive
  • Cloud Imperium Games
  • Devolver
  • Humble Bundle
  • Heart Machine
  • Obsidian Entertainment
  • Paradox Interactive
  • Square Enix
  • Tripwire Interactive

The conference will also feature speakers Cliff Bleszinski and Dean Hall. The PC conference will take place June 16th, 2015 at 5pm PST time. Could this be the wild card to shake up E3? What do you think of the idea of an entire conference celebrating the PC platform with outlets like Steam being a mainstay in the market?

About Lois Polite

Lois is a forward thinking but old school gamer from New Jersey (who loves Kevin Smith movies as a member of that state!) who is partially of Japanese descent and she's totally glamorous. She's been gaming for practically as long as she's been alive with a early-on fascination for Kid Icarus as her favorite franchise. She's a total hipster for Nintendo as well appreciating cult classics from them. She definitely has a soft spot for JRPGs, which is an obvious inspiration why she joined the campaign of Operation Rainfall at it's launch. Xenoblade Chronicles then became another one of her favorite franchises as the result of this. She's a gamer who demands quality and charm out of her games because if she doesn't get it she will let it be known.
