Nintendo Download: September 3rd, 2014 (Europe)

It’s a pretty cool week for the Nintendo Download Europe this week. For new games, Cubeman 2 comes to the Wii U while European Conqueror 3D goes to the 3DS. 3DS owners can also demo the upcoming rhythm game Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call.

Meanwhile, Mega Man titles are continuing to release on the Virtual Console with Mega Man Xtreme on 3DS. As for Wii U owners, they get Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse and Gargoyle’s Quest II: The Demon Darkness. The latter is re-releasing for the first time in the west since its NES release in 1993.

Also, Nintendo of Europe is holding a three week long celebration of the Legend of Zelda franchise in anticipation of Hyrule Warriors releasing on September 19th. Starting tomorrow, select titles will be discounted for one week on Wii U and 3DS. In addition, if you own one title in the series, you can get 10% off the price of Hyrule Warriors on the eShop.

• Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse

• Gargoyle’s Quest II: The Demon Darkness
