It was going to happen sooner or later—we just didn’t know when—but it’s finally here. The latest game in the Fatal Frame franchise, Zero: Nuregarasu no Miko, loosely translated Fatal Frame: The Raven-Haired Shrine Maiden, has been announced by Nintendo and Koei Tecmo for the Wii U. Not only that, the official website has opened, the Japanese release date has been announced (September 27th, 2014), the price has been set (¥6,600), and a trailer has been released (plus some extra footage on the game’s website). You can watch the trailer below.
No localization has been announced, unfortunately, but hopefully, Koei Tecmo and Nintendo will soon.
