Those of you waiting for Mario Kart 8 to launch won’t have to wait much longer, because the game is being released at the end of this month. However, if you’re one of those people that can’t get enough Mario Kart-goodness in your life, Nintendo plans to demo the game at GameStop this weekend for what they’re calling “Mario Kart Test Drive Days.” The event while happen on May 17th and 18th from Noon to 4PM at over 2,700 GameStop locations across the US. And if that wasn’t enough, GameStop and Nintendo are partnering to give away 4 Mario Kart Wii U Deluxe Sets throughout the month for GameStop’s #MarioKartMemories giveaway. All you have to do is go on Twitter, tweet about a Mario Kart moment you have had (along with #MarioKartMemories), and wait until each Thursday for the drawing. Mario Kart 8 for Wii U will be playable at more than 2,700 GameStop stores around the U.S. from 12 to 4 p.m. local time during the weekend of May 17-18 as part of “Mario Kart 8 Test Drive Days.” An action-packed demo version of the Mario Kart 8 game for Wii U will be the highlight of the event, plus anyone who pre-orders or who has already pre-ordered Mario Kart 8 at GameStop will receive an exclusive double-sided poster.
