Well, the PS4 took an expected nosedive in the Media Create charts. For those keeping score at home, here’s the second week numbers for the PS4 and Wii U.

However, there is reason to take these numbers with a grain of salt. The Wii U released during the holiday season. The PS4 released in the middle of February. Also, Famitsu has reported that the system has been sold out. So, it’s possible that the PS4 will have better week-to-week numbers in the long run. We’ll have to wait and see.
Over on the software side, Harvest Moon: Linking the New World topped the list with 130,782. Just waiting now on either Marvelous USA/XSEED or Natsume to announce that localization. Also of note for Marvelous AQL, they had a second new release hit the Top 20 with Valhalla Knights 3: Gold, an enhanced version of Valhalla Knights 3.
On the Nintendo side of things, Nintendo themselves have released Fossil Fighters: Infinite Gear on the 3DS with 58,329 units sold. This is the latest game in the Fossil Fighter series, which has seen localizations for both games so far. We’ll wait and see if this one comes over.
Over with Sony, Knack continues to defy its master, outselling the PS4 by a little over 1,000 units. Also, a number of games released this week for both the Vita and PS3. These would be Deception IV: Blood Ties and Infinite Stratos 2: Ignition Hearts. Infinite Stratos 2 is based on the second anime series for Infinite Stratos and will probably not be coming over. However, Deception IV is scheduled for release in North America and Europe later this month.
