Rayman Legends has been one of the most anticipated games recently for whichever system you prefer. The Vita version however, is missing some levels and people are not too happy about this. I can’t say that I blame them as that is the version of the game that I plan on purchasing. Don’t be too upset though, because we just we found out that there will be a patch for the game at some point that will fix this problem and add in the missing levels.
Some people who commented on the UBIBLOG inquired on a post about the game as to why the Vita version of Rayman Legends has fewer levels. The author of the post, Gary Steinman, answered them with some encouraging words. The game had a longer development time than expected and they couldn’t initially include the Invasion Mode in the Vita version. The post goes on to confirm that there will be a free patch, at a later date, that will add in Invasion Mode. He goes on to list a few of the features found in the Vita version and even said at one point in his post how much he was enjoying this version of the game.
Other questions after Gary gave his answer included things like when the patch will be available or if the patch would be available in future retail versions. Gary responded by saying essentially that they had no further information at this time, but promised to update everyone with news when he could. It seemed that they earned a lot of goodwill with the community by at least addressing the problem and offering a solution, even if they couldn’t say exactly when the patch would be available.
