It’s always nice to be able to customize your character in an online game. Sega seems to agree based on the new update for their online title Phantasy Star Online 2. This update will add new features like the Tanabata Lobby, the Burning Rangers quest, and new scratch items featuring costumes from one of the previous Phantasy Star titles, Phantasy Star Portable 2.
This trailer released by Sega, will give you a glimpse of all the new features that will be added to Phantasy Star Online 2.
Many of these features will be in effect for a limited time, like the new Burning Rangers quest which will be available from June 26th – August 7th, and the Tanabata Lobby which will be available from June 26th – July 17th.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is available on the PS Vita in Japan right now. A North American release was originally confirmed for PC, but delays have put this title’s localization in question.
