Nobunaga's Ambition ArtGoNintendo shared a rumor that Famitsu will supposedly reveal two new games coming to the 3DS courtesy of Tecmo Koei. One of these games is another installment in the Nobunaga’s Ambition series, while the other is a new Romance of the Three Kingdoms game.

Keep in mind that this is only a rumor right now. That being said, given the success of Nintendo’s crossover game Pokémon Conquest last year, it wouldn’t be that much of a stretch to imagine at least a new Nobunaga’s Ambition game being made for the 3DS. The question is whether or not that game would see an international release, since a new game wouldn’t have Pokémon’s star power to fall back on. For the record, the main series has not seen a US release since Iron Triangle came out on the PS2 in 2009. We’ll just have to wait for the next Famitsu to give us the details.
