For those of you who have scanned through some of our articles, you will already be familiar with our early coverage of Toukiden. Toukiden is a demon slaying game published by Tecmo Koei and developed by Omega Force. The game will be hitting PSPs and Vitas in Japan as soon as June 27th, 2013. I previously commented that this title looks like a mix between Onimusha and Monster Hunter, a sentiment that has only been strengthened by this trailer. It shows off some slick looking gameplay as well as character portraits and Japanese voice acting which I can’t help but feel is better without translation. Josh is a passionate gamer, finding time to clock in around 30-40 hours of gaming a week. He discovered Operation Rainfall while avidly following the localization of the Big 3 Wii RPGs. He enjoys SHMUPS, Platformers, RPGs, Roguelikes and the occasional Fighter. He’s also an unashamedly giant Mega Man fan, having played the series since he was eight. As Head Editor and Review Manager, he spends far too much time editing reviews and random articles. In his limited spare time he devours indies whole and anticipates the release of quirky, unpredictable and innovative games.
