Slow sales in this week’s Media Create figures. No new releases and not a lot of interesting sales spikes. The observant one may notice the lack of Fantasy Life in the list though; this is due to the game leaving stores so quickly Level 5 hasn’t been able to restock them yet. Rest assured, the game is still being actively downloaded by Japanese consumers from the Nintendo network.

Worth noting however is the Wii U’s sales: They’re approaching terribly low figures for a console that just launched. I can’t really see this trend changing any time soon unless Nintendo starts getting its act together and starts announcing and releasing new and interesting titles for the system, as it turns out the new controller wasn’t such a system seller after all.
