Project Playthrough

A marathon of 13 Final Fantasy games before 2013 arrives is truly a worthy challenge. This is goal set by Project Crystallis in an event named Project Playthrough. We hope to run through all 13 mainline FF games (except for 11 but including Tactics). At the same time we interact with our viewers and hope to gain petition signatures and donations.

What is this all for?

Well it all comes back to the goal of the fan campaign Project Crystallis – to convince Square Enix to localize Final Fantasy Type-0 and release information on Final Fantasy Versus XIII.

With the efforts of this playthrough we have gathered a great deal of funds to host our site and make advertisements. We also had a blast experiencing all the games with our viewers. If you have not joined the party yet, it’s not too late to join us now. We’re currently working through our way in Final Fantasy VII.

Lastly, we’re holding a giveaway of a Dirge of Cerberus gun because we recently reached 4,000 signatures. To enter, see details here.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Type-0 has been announced since 2006. While Type-0 is released in Japan, the localization for the West is uncertain at this point and Square Enix needs fans to show that there is demand for the localized version. For Versus, there has been very little information released over the past 6 years and fans have been left in the dark. Without rushing completion, we could at least hope to glimpse more at the game they have been working on for so long, especially visuals.

Therefore Project Crystallis will need all the support it can get. Sign our petition, like our facebook, follow us on twitter and tumblr.

Projectcrystallis
Project Crystallis is a fan organization to bring attention to 2 games- Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Type-0 which are both part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis mythology. It is an effort to convince Square Enix in showing the former and releasing the latter of the above mentioned games.
