Fans of the Pokemon series may already have their hands full with Pokemon Conquest now, but even more games will make their way to systems this fall. According to a Pres Release from Nintendo of America, Pokemon Black Version 2 & White Version 2, as well as Pokemon Dream Radar, are scheduled for an October 7th release.
The sequels to the Black & White games, Black 2 & White 2 will take place two years after the last game. Players will meet new trainers along the way, including new gym leaders. New areas will be available to explore as the Unova Region has apparently changed drastically. The games will be on the Nintendo DS but will also have features when used with the 3DS.
The games will be compatible with Pokemon Dream Radar, a 3DS downloadable game. According to Nintendo, you’ll be able to capture Pokemon, including hard to catch Pokemon, in Dream Radar and transfer them to Black 2 & White 2. The game will utilize many features of the 3DS, including Augmented Reality and motion controls.
Also coming out is Pokedex 3D Pro, an updated version of the original Pokedex 3D that came out last year. The new Pokedex will have nearly all Pokemon that have been created, going all the way back to the original generation of Pokemon. The release date for Pokedex 3D Pro was not specified but it is assumed that it will come out on or around the release date of the aforementioned Pokemon games.
