Nintendo Direct Japan (May 31, 2013)

A Japanese Nintendo Direct aired today centering on two games coming soon to Japan: Ace Attorney 5 and Monster Hunter 4 (a game I myself am very much looking forward to). Trailers were shown, and information was revealed—read on to find out exactly what happened!

Ace Attorney 5 (to be released in English as Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies) takes place a year following the events of Ace Attorney 4. The courtroom has been destroyed, and Phoenix must investigate. A new prosecutor has been introduced, and the game will include a myriad of new cases for the player to solve. Assistant Kizuki will use the heart-scope, and this game will see the return of both Klavier and Pearl.

A demo will be out in June, and the game itself will launch July 25th for ¥5,990.
