It feels just like yesterday when the Los Angeles Convention Center played host to this year’s E3. But this weekend, it’s all about the anime, as 2013’s Anime Expo has taken LA by storm. And with that storm comes a slew of announcements from different industry panels and events, some of which have been released by Crunchyroll. If you thought the Summer season announcements were rolling off the press a little slow, worry not, for seven new series were announced today. But that’s not all, as the streaming anime service will be coming to your PlayStation Vita soon!

Here is a list of the seven anime series announced at Crunchyroll’s panel at Anime Expo:

Silver Spoon

The World God Only Knows: Goddesses

Watamote – No Matter How I Look at It, It’s You Guys Fault I’m Not Popular!

Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist

The Eccentric Family

Yamishibai: Japanese Ghost Stories

Sunday Without God

Crunchyroll - Vita | oprainfall

Crunchyroll has also stated that they’ve listened to fans’ demands to create a streaming app for the PlayStation Vita. There is now an app in development. I think Vita owners will be happy to stream anime on the smaller but nice screen. Specs and a release date for the app have yet to be announced, but it will be coming “soon” according to the announcement.

Can’t get enough of the anime news coming from Anime Expo? Keep checking back to catch up on anything you may have missed!
