After that crazy Nintendo Direct yesterday the Nintendo Download this week will seem very tame by comparison. That doesn’t mean some good stuff isn’t going on this week, but what a crazy show that was. This time around I am going to focus on games that are releasing this week since most of the news is stuff that was covered yesterday, so let’s get the ball rolling.

First up we have Valis: The Fantasm Soldier Collection. This collection includes three popular titles in the franchise: Valis: The Fantasm Soldier, Valis II and Valis III. A new sound mode and visual mode is included, so you can enjoy all of the game’s sights and sounds whenever you want to.

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is coming to the eShop on February 15th. Command castle sieges, get political and conquer all of your enemies. The game has a nice create a general mode, and fans of the series will surely find something to love here.

Rise of the Third Power is a retro-themed RPG that takes place in Europe of the late 1930’s. The game features a customizable combat system, equipment upgrades and a robust story.

Here is a full list of eShop releases this week:

That’s going to wrap it up for this week’s Nintendo Download. Keep it right here for the latest news and Nintendo happenings.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
