It’s time for the November 11th, 2020 Nintendo Download, and this week is once again a quieter one. We have just a pair of featured titles this time, but you’ll be happy if you like dancing and rhythm.

Featured Games

Our first featured game today is Just Danced 2021 ($49.99). The series returns with 40 new tracks, such as “Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa, “Feel Special” by TWICE, and “Señorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. They also have eight new kid-friendly songs and choreographies, and you can create your own custom playlists. Players can also have fun together in co-op mode.

Our second, and last featured game for this week is KINGDOM HEARTS: Melody of Memory ($59.99). The game is loaded with rhythm action set to over 140 memorable songs from the series. You’ll also encounter Disney guest characters who will show up to help you out. There are a number of different modes to play in. They include things like Memory Drive, where you must match past scenes from memory, or Boss Battle, which pits players against powerful bosses with special attacks. To succeed, you’ll need to match the song’s rhythm and also utilize powerful spells to attack your enemies. This game launches tomorrow (Friday, November 13th).

Current Sales

The sales scene is quiet again for this week’s Nintendo Download as well. The only thing we have to talk about here this week, is the fact that the Games Under $15 sale from last week is still going. It ends on November 18th at 11:59pm PT.

About Michael Fontanini

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general).

Michael is also a computer programmer. This started with a toy he got as a kid called Pre-Computer 1000 that was made by V-Tech. It had a simple programming mode (a bare-bones version of BASIC) which is what started him down the road of being a programmer! Michael can program in BASIC, Visual Basic, C++, C#, and is familiar with Java and Lua Script.

Putting programming and gaming together, Michael became a hobbyist game developer, which may give him some good insights on game development! Most recently, he has been playing with the Unity 3D game engine (a powerful and easy-to-use engine) and learning 3D modelling in Blender.

I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
