In a press release put out today by Taiwan-based publisher, Another Indie, they have announced an upcoming atmospherically horror styled game called Elden: Path of the Forgotten by Onerat Games, a one man developer out of Australia, Dylan J. Walker.

Elden: Path of the Forgotten is a described in the press release as being “deeply personal” and reflecting of the psyche of it’s developer. The game leaves it up to the player to explore it’s world and uncover its narrative, expressed heavily in metaphor and Lovecraftian horrors. That isn’t to say this is another walking sim, however, as it does feature combat and enemies as you can see in the trailer below.

Elden: Path of the Forgotten is out sometime today on PC via Steam, as well as the subscription service Utomik, with console ports arriving on a later date. Checkout the press release below for more information:
