Today the co-op title Biped will be released on Steam. The game follows two robots named Aku, and Sila as they set out on a journey and, features both local multiplayer along with online co-op. You can take a look at the press release and trailer for it below.
Nicosia, Cyprus –March 26, 2020– Games publisher META Publishing, independent developer NEXT Studios and video sharing website bilibili release Biped on Steam today.
Biped is a multi-awarded beautiful, bright coop action adventure game with a strong focus on moment-to-moment collaboration between two little bipedal robots, Aku and Sila, who will walk side by side in a fun and bonding journey.
Explore forests, valleys, waterfalls and icy mountains in 30 stages by controlling the legs of the two robots either with two sticks or with the left and right buttons of your mouse.
Biped supports solo, local multiplayer and online coop modes. Apart from Steam, the game will also be released on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 later this year.
- Master innovative and simple controls. You control the robot’s two legs using two sticks or left and right mouse buttons. This allows you to perform various moves—from simple walking and sliding to more advanced actions, like operating machinery or cutting wood.
- Conquer two-player co-op. Enjoy the adventure solo or grab a friend or a family member and have a blast together in co-op mode. Communicate and coordinate to conquer challenges together and find out how good a pair you truly are.
- Explore fun environments. Your adventure will take you to many beautiful and mysterious locations on the planet. Explore secrets in forests, valleys, waterfalls and icy mountains and find your way through the puzzling paths that lead to the planetary beacons.
- Pair your looks. Collect treasures and buy goofy hats! Dress up your biped the way you like. Better yet, match your partner’s look and become the most dazzling adventurers in this epic quest.
