EVO 2020 | Lineup

The organizers for Evolution Champion Series 2020 (EVO 2020) have announced the main titles to be featured in this year’s tournament. The lineup features the return of a fan favorite as well as a new addition to the tournament. The tournament titles are as follows:

  • Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r]
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
  • Dragon Ball FighterZ
  • Soulcalibur VI
  • Samurai Shodown
  • Tekken 7
  • Street Fighter V: Champion Edition
  • Granblue Fantasy: Versus (NEW ADDITION)
  • Marvel vs Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes (8-man tournament)

The MvC2 tournament will be a special 8-man tournament featuring previous MvC2 EVO champions. Players announced for that tournament so far are: Justin Wong, IFC YipeS, Duc Do, and  Sandford Kelly. MvC2 was added to this year’s tournament in order to celebrate the game’s 20th anniversary. Granblue Fantasy: Versus will make its EVO debut this year.

In addition to the main tournament, a preview GUILTY GEAR STRIVE tournament will also be held at the event.

EVO 2020 takes place from July 31-August 2, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Which title are you most excited to see this year?
