Dengeki G’s Magazine has revealed a new character for the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club anime. The character is currently known as Anata-chan (“You”) and is speculated to be the player character from Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS. Anata-chan is not her official name and fans will get the chance to vote for her official name starting January 30. Voting begins at 10:00 JST on January 30 and runs until February 13, 2020 at 23:59 JST. You can vote for her name HERE once the voting period begins.

In addition to this news, some of the staff for the anime was announced. The staff announced is as follows:

• Director: Tomoyuki Kawamura
• Series Composition: Jin Tanaka
• Character Design: Takumi Yokota
• Animation Production: Sunrise

Tomoyuki Kawamura has worked on series such as Mitsuboshi Colors and Anti-Magic Academy: The 35th Test Platoon. Jin Tanaka has worked on shows such as Yuru Camp and Go! Princess Precure. Takumi Yokata worked as animation director for the song performances in Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie – Over the Rainbow.
