Log Horizon | Visual

5 years after the 2nd season finished airing, a new season of the Log Horizon anime is set to air in October 2020. The new season will be titled Log Horizon: Entaku Houkai, be produced by Studio Deen and air on NHK Educational TV. Much of the cast and staff will be returning for the 3rd season including the following:

  • Emiri Katou as Akatsuki
  • Jouji Nakata as Nyanta
  • Daiki Yamashita as Tohya
  • Nao Tamura as Minori

  • Yukiyo Fujii as Tetra

Log Horizon is written by Mamare Touno and illustrated Kazuhiro Hara and Mochichi Hashimoto. The light novel is published by Enterbrain and currently has 11 volumes in print. The novel has inspired two prior anime seasons which aired in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Both seasons ran for 25 episodes with the 1st season being produced by Satelight and the 2nd by Studio Deen. The 1st season finished its run in 2014 and the 2nd season finished airing in 2015.
