Ads support the website by covering server and domain costs. We're just a group of gamers here, like you, doing what we love to do: playing video games and bringing y'all niche goodness. So, if you like what we do and want to help us out, make an exception by turning off AdBlock for our website. In return, we promise to keep intrusive ads, such as pop-ups, off oprainfall. Back in June Granzella Inc. ran a Kickstarter for the upcoming R-Type Final 2. This campaign reached it’s goal, but was also ran for a very short amount of time compared to most campaigns. Many fans who would have liked to contribute to the campaign but missed out have expressed their disappointment with Granzella Inc. and well, they listened, because they’ve decided to run a new campaign, hosted on the games official website, through the month of October to give those fans another chance and make R-Type Final 2 an even better game with more funding.

Although the new campaign is hosted on their website instead of Kickstarter everything else will be treated the same. all the stretch goals will be the same, it will have the same tier and rewards, and the total will be what they collected on Kickstarter plus whatever new donations they obtain. It should be noted though that now PayPal will be the only usable method to donate. You can view the old Kickstarter here if you want to give the reward tiers and everything else a once-over. You can checkout the press release below for more details:

Granzella Asks for Support on an Additional Crowdfunding Campaign

for “R-Type Final 2” Production Project

In June this year, Granzella Inc (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Pref.) ran a crowdfunding
campaign that was successfully supported by more than 8,000 backers. Once again, we
would like to extend our gratitude for your support. Also, we apologize for the
inconvenience caused by the short campaign period due to our circumstances.
After the crowdfunding campaign and also at the Tokyo Game Show 2019 where we
ran a booth, we received feedback from many people ranging from “the campaign had been
over before I knew it” “I wanted a reward” to “I didn’t get my credit card ready in time”.
This time, we have decided to run an additional crowdfunding campaign for one
month starting from October 1 (Japan Time) through the special page on the official website
of “R-Type Final 2” (* Please note that PayPal is the only method of payment.) We are sorry
that it took time for us to launch an additional campaign to solicit your support.
The reward tiers will be the same as what we had on our Kickstarter campaign in
June. * Please see here for the details: https://rtypefinal2.com/project02/

The stretch goals which increase the quality/ quantity of game component based on
the funding level will continue as they were in our previous Kickstarter campaign. We will
add the fund we receive to the amount we already have raised. This campaign will also draw
attention from fans who have already backed our campaign. We will update the details on
the official website and social media of “R-Type Final 2”.

We are currently working together with creators who were engaged in the production

of R-Type series in the past with us, as well as those who are eager to make the new “R-
Type Final 2” with us. Please help us release the best “R-Type Final 2” ever, the latest title

of side-scrolling shooter series R-Type series, with the cutting-edge technology.

Thank you for your support and cooperation.
