oprainfall | Endless Summer

Amplitude Studios is kicking off Endless Summer, a weeklong celebration of the long lazy days of summer, and the Endless games. They have daily streams going on where you can go and hang out, including their first german and french language streams. There will also be some special quest appearnaces, too.  You can take on a summery challenge with their scenarios, or compete with your friends. They also have new Endless wallpapers, but that’s not all!

According to the press release, they have added more rewards to the Games2Gether page. For a limited time only, you can grab two free classic Sega games! There are a total of five retro games to choose from on the Games2Gether rewards page, but you’ll have to get them before July 11th! The five games in question are:

  • Ecco the Tides of Time
  • Ristar
  • Bonanza Bros
  • Bio-Hazard Battle
  • Fatal Labyrinth

You can also make your own Love Thyself scene in their Horatiothon, or take on some custom made factions by the developers in Endless Space 2. There is a new Endless Summer G2G badge to earn as well if you want to further decorate your profile. They also have a super cute PDF of the Endless  universe’s libations that you can download. There are also instructional videos featuring Jeff Spock, in case you need help with your creations

About Michael Fontanini

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general).

I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
