Lord El-Melloi II Case Files | Visual

It has been announced that the Lord El-Melloi II Case Files novel series will receive a TV anime adaptation in 2019. The anime is titled, Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files {Rail Zeppelin} Grace note. It is set to air in Japan in July 2019 on Tokyo MX, BS 11, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV and MBS. It will adapt the “Rail Zeppelin” story from the original novels and will also include original content.

The cast for the anime is as follows:

  • Daisuke Namikawa as Lord El-Melloi II (Waver Velvet)
  • Reina Ueda as Gray
  • Daisuke Ono as Add
  • Inori Minase as Reines El-Melloi Archisorte
  • Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Flat Escardos
  • Seiichirou Yamashita as Svin Glascheit
  • Yusuke Kobayashi as Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia

TROYCA will produce the anime and Makoto Kato will direct it. Ukyo Kodachi will work on the series composition.

The original Lord El-Melloi II Case Files novels are written by Makoto Sanda and illustrated by Mineji Sakamoto. The novel series focuses on an adult Waver Velvet from Fate/Zero, now known as Lord El-Melloi II.

Crunchyroll has announced that they will simulcast the anime. Episode 0 of the anime is available to stream now on Crunchyroll. The TV anime is set to start airing in July 2019. Are you ready to join an older Waver in a new story?
