Nintendo Download | Pokemon Let's Go

Thankfully we aren’t being delayed by technical difficulties this week, so you’re getting your Nintendo Download bright and early! This week is short and sweet, mostly focused on upcoming games and sales, with no activities to speak of. But that’s okay, since what we really come here for is to check out great upcoming titles. So let’s see what’s worth playing today!

Nintendo Download | Trailblazers

If you have been eagerly anticipating the latest casually focused Pokémon game, tomorrow you’re in luck! Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go: Eevee! are both out that day, and look to have a lot of reasons to return to Kanto. One nice feature is you can play these along with a friend using a spare Joy-Con, or port over your existing critters from the Pokémon GO app. However, if you’re more interested in something frantic, you might enjoy Warframe. It’s a fast and frenetic MMORPG and it’s totally free. If that sounds appealing, you can check Warframe out starting November 20th. Finally, if you’re a fan of the classic Civilization series, you can check out Civilization VI starting tomorrow. With those out of the way, let’s check out some sales next.

Nintendo Download | MACE Space Shooter

There are a lot of sales worth looking into this week, so buckle up. For those that like games with great art and story, there’s Forgotton Anne (Switch) for $17.99; if you like pixels, you should check out Full Metal Furies (Switch) for $14.99; for a steep (price) drop, there’s Vertical Drop Heroes HD (Switch) for the low price of $3.99; for a beautiful and insane looking shooter, there’s Rise & Shine (Switch) for $8.99; if you always wanted to be the villain in the game, try out Nefarious (Switch) for $7.49; for inexpensive action, there’s Shikhondo – Soul Eater (Switch) for $4.75; to get your dungeon crawling fix, you can try Fall of Light: Darkest Edition (Switch) for $7.49; if you love survival horror, you may want to get Phantaruk (Switch) for $3.34; point and click fans may enjoy Earthworms (Switch) for $2.79; for a lovable jaunt through a mystical world, there is Candle: The Power of the Flame (Switch) for $9.99; fans of card games, look no further than Frost (Switch) for $4.41; or if you like quirky sports inspired games, there’s SpiritSphere DX (Switch) for $6; to get lost in dreams, try Figment (Switch) for $13.99; for something old school and weird, you may enjoy Dead Fun Pack: Penguins and Aliens Strike Again (Switch) for $3.49; or for a steep discount on a beloved platformer, get Runner3 (Switch) for only $9.99; for a game steeped in retro, try The Adventures of Elena Temple (Switch) for $1.99; or for a delightful bullet hell game, there is always Don’t Die, Mr Robot! (Switch) for only $1.79; to pit science against eldritch magic, you’ll enjoy Tesla vs Lovecraft (Switch) for $10.04; for a good price on an action game, there’s Bleed 2 (Switch) for $4.49; if you haven’t played the original, Bleed (Switch) is only $3.59; or for an indigenous flavored Zelda game, there’s Mulaka (Switch) for $13.98; for a really good discount on a old school inspired game, try Space Dave (Switch) for only $0.99; for retro RPG goodness, you are covered by Dragon Fantasy: The Volumes of Westeria (3DS and Wii U) for only $0.99; to play the game that inspired Space Dave, you can try Woah Dave! (3DS) for only $0.99; and finally, for a great platformer, you can get Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien (Wii U) for $4.99. To see the other games I didn’t mention, just click here.

Nintendo Download | Thrash Rally

Lastly, we’ll close out with some digital games to look into this week. To get your retro on, you can try out ACA NEOGEO Thrash Rally and Arcade Archives Urban Champion. For some SHMUP action, you might enjoy M.A.C.E. Space Shooter or Mars: Chaos Menace. To put the pedal to the metal, you can always try Trailblazers. For some truly weird shit, you can check out the following – ROCKETSROCKETSROCKETS, Circle of Sumo, Toast Time: Smash Up! and Mimpi Dreams. To play a heartwarming story, there’s Valiant Hearts: The Great War. Finally, for some visceral fun, you should try out Mother Russia Bleeds.

Nintendo Download | Toast Time: Smash Up

All in all, a pretty great week. It may not have been as giant as some previous Nintendo Download articles, but it hopefully makes up for that with some quality games. Be sure to check back with oprainfall next week for the latest games to check out on Nintendo consoles!
