So, if you like what we do and want to help us out, make an exception by turning off AdBlock for our website. In return, we promise to keep intrusive ads, such as pop-ups, off oprainfall. To catch everyone up to speed on this story,  PlayStation LifeStyle had released an interview with Senran Kagura producer Kenichiro Takaki that stated he had considered toning down some of the sexual content found in the series in other regions. Marvelous Game’s European branch later released a response stating basically they would not be censoring content for any of their releases, and that the producer was speaking about toning down the series as a whole.

Kenichiro Takaki has put this issue rest with a series of two Tweets:

My take on this is if the producer is considering toning down the series this is a creative decision and not one based around censoring the game for certain regions.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
