A lot of people, myself included, don’t really enjoy most fighting games because of their complexity. However, Fantasy Strike is set to change all of that. Fantasy Strike’s goal is to bring every type of fighter together with easy to pick up, and hard to master controls. You can find out more about the game by checking out their official crowdfunding campaign. Here’s a sample of what’s already included, with more content planned to be added in the future.

  • 8 characters so far, with two more in development
  • 4 stages, many more in development
  • Modes
      • Online play (using GGPO networking technology)
      • Training mode
      • Local versus mode
      • Arcade
      • Tutorial
      • Many more modes coming
  • Controller support: in excellent state! Playing with keyboard is totally fine—many of us fighting game pros actually prefer it—even though we use joysticks in other games. Use any joystick or controller you want.

About Dalton McClain

A gamer at heart, and a creator by trade. As a shy kid who grew up in a small town, my only solace was with the games that I enjoyed playing. That being said I enjoy just about every type of game, but more than anything I love playing horror/unique games. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of the strange and unusual with the world.
