Spider-Man

The hotly anticipated Spider-Man for PlayStation 4 got a gameplay trailer at Sony’s E3 2017 press conference. Developed by Insomniac Games (Ratchet & Clank), it bears a resemblance to the Batman: Arkham series, including an open world city to explore, badduns to take down in stealth and in hand-to-hand combat, and missions aplenty. Web-slinging will also be heavily involved to save civilians and fight crime.

Like the butler Alfred in the Arkham games, Spider-Man takes his calls from a Yuri in the same fashion (mission logs, cheeky banter). The Spider-Man himself is being portrayed by Miles Morales from the comics.

As previously seen in last year’s reveal trailer, it’s a highly cinematic adventure, too. The new game launches in 2018.
