Dissidia Final Fantasy NT

After a successful run in Japanese arcades, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is coming to PlayStation 4 in early 2018. The announcement comes in less than a week of E3.

Square Enix announced Dissidia Final Fantasy NT in a new trailer:

Furthermore, a panel featuring Producer Ichiro Hazama, Director Takeo Kujiraoka, Justin Wong of Echo Fox and K-Brad will be held at the E3 Coliseum on June 13th at 3:15 PT. You will be able to catch it on Twitch and Youtube.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is the third title in the brawler offshoot, the previous two titles being PlayStation Portable exclusives. The new game is co-developed by Koei Tecmo’s Team Ninja, most known for their Dead or Alive fighting games. Over 20 Final Fantasy characters can duke it out along with summons like Ifirit, Shiva, and Odin. The game will have offline and online gameplay.

It would be funny if it was called Final Fantasy NX

I luved this series on the PSP and am very stoked it coming to the PS4. I’m not much into playing fighting games these days but this is an exception. It has a difficult learning curve but rewarding when tamed. Finally, online battles are a possibility.
