It’s been two years since Bayonetta 2 released in Japan, which marked the highly anticipated return of the Witch with No Name. To celebrate, Yusuke Hashimoto, the game’s director, took to the Platinum Games official blog to celebrate the anniversary with little surprise. He offered a peak at the upcoming Bayonetta amiibo, and states that development is ongoing to get her proportions and accessories just right.
Hashimoto goes on to express thanks to all Bayonetta fans who supported the game, and calls the character’s recent appearance in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS as “a dream com true.” He also offers some insight into Bayonetta 2‘s development and tips on the game itself.
