Aksys Games have confirmed to Gematsu that the Tri-Ace developed Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky will be coming to European territories as a digital only title on October 18th for both PS4 and PS Vita. While this may be disappointing for physical collectors there is always the option to import the physical versions of Exist Archive from the Americas as it will be releasing both physically and digitally over there.

Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky will be releasing in North America and Europe on October 18th, with this game having been out in Japan since last December.

About Joseph Puntschart

A university student who loves niche games and desires for them to be more fairly represented in the world. Favourite games include Persona 4 Golden, Super Mario Galaxy, Kingdom Hearts II and IA/VT Colorful. Hopes that one day a Japanese publisher will take the risk and make a Yaoi ecchi game. Think Valkyrie Drive with guys and you're on the right lines.

I think it’s safe to say the upcoming otome localisations from them will be digital only in Europe. Hopefully the Americas still get a physical version.

Digital only is indeed a disappointment, but kind of expected.

I think I will not bother with this game at all then, maybe someday when I see it on sale on Play-Asia or so.

I feel your pain. Aksys lack of effort with the EU market makes it tempting for me to do that as well and buy their games used on eBay.
