Marvelous Europe have announced (via social media platforms) that Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star will be releasing in Europe and Australia for PS4 and PS Vita with a tentative Winter 2016 release date.

In the replies of their Twitter tweet, Marvelous confirm the game will be released physically and digitally for both PS4 and PS Vita, and they are also in development of a limited edition for both platforms.

Fate/Extella is a musou style spin-off of the Fate series, which is a successful franchise including visual novels and anime originating from the visual novel Fate/Stay Night. Fate/Extella will be releasing in Japan in November by Marvelous, and in the NA region by XSEED Games this year.

Fate/Extella will be releasing in Europe and Australia in Winter 2016.

    Awesome! Marvelous Europe are great. I’m pretty sure that like all their recent games it will include Cross Save, which means 2 limited edition purchases for me.
