Dragon Ball Z fans in France have some good news to look forward to. It seems like there are plans to bring Dragon Ball Z Super, the latest in the long running series over to France this year! According to a Toei Animation Europe SAS listing for the Kazachok Licensing Forum:

After several decades of interminable waiting, Goku returns in a brand new series to become even stronger! The series will arrive on TV in France end of 2016!

In addition to this region, the series will receive its first English dub in Southeast Asia and India this year! How many of you are excited to hear about this and look forward to watching the English version of this show?

As a huge Dragon Ball fan I was extremely disappointed in Super. At this point I’d rather consider GT canon.

    • Dgnfly

I know what you mean it has nothing that made the original ones great. its kinda like non-stop filler crap, not to mention the horrible art style.

Beerus is an absolute douche, who is destroying planets over food, but we have to consider him neutral rather than a villain. The new God form is rather uninspired and there is no tension whatsoever.

I think this may be a conspiracy where Akira Toriyama just wants to stop making Dragonball by putting off fans with this one.

    • Dgnfly

Thats exactly how i feel about the whole situation. there is nothing about this new series that stands out or is even special looking.

If i recall Akira Toriyama wasent all that pleased with Dragonball GT also but atleast that was more entertaining than DB super its just all a moneygrubbing scheme.

Why diden’t they just make a series about Goku father or about the Saiyans itself.atleast something that hasen’t been shown in the Dragonball universe.

    • Mr0303

That is an awesome idea – a series about Bardock after he became the Legendary Super Saiyan could be amazing.
