The official Tales of blog has been keeping fans up-to-date with the localization process of Bandai Namco’s newest edition to the series, Tales of Berseria.

This update details two new characters:

Magilou a female witch and self-proclaimed great sorceress voiced in Japanese by Satomi Sato, and Bienfu a peculiar malak with a rather unique hat voiced in Japanese by Nao Nagasawa.

Additionally, the team has announced a new mechanic to the battle system labeled “Break Soul”. This new feature will increase the characters power and exceed the limit of their combos which can turn the outcome of the battle.

The team plans to continue to update the blog with further information. We’ll be sure to keep readers updated as well.
