Star Ocean 5
As stated yesterday, Square Enix have released the first official English trailer for the latest entry in the Star Ocean franchise, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessnes, or simply Star Ocean 5. You can watch the trailer below.

Star Ocean 5 will be released in Japan at the end of March, while for the West it will be launched this year for the PlayStation 4.

About David Fernandes

(Community Manager) David is an assistant admin and community manager at oprainfall. He joined the Operation Rainfall Campaign at the beginning, and became one of the staff as the first wave of new volunteers were needed back in mid June. He is an avid video game collector, and lover of most game genres. David spends much of his time in a futile effort in clearing out his ever growing video game backlog.

The voices are quite good and fitting. Now all we need is a 2016 release date.

The English VA sounds better than I would have thought, but that lip-sync…
Still would greatly appreciate dual-audio as an option on the off chance SE localizes this properly.

  • As much as I love this series, and the company behind it; I was feeling a bit skeptical about it, at first. The character designs didn’t immediately appeal to me, the graphics were underwhelming (although they seem to have improved a good deal) and tri-Ace had recently been acquired by a mobile-focused company. But the more that I see of the game, the more that it appears that my fears were unfounded. The acquisition may even have been a good thing, for the company. They had seriously been underutilized, in recent years.
